With this build the homeowners needed a new home and fast, making a modular home was their first choice. The homeowner hired architect Joseph Sulta to implement all ideas from everyone involved and the results came out better than expected. The proud owners, a family of seven, were able to communicate their wishes and received the finished product they’ve always wanted.
This 4400-square foot home consists of open concepts on the first and second floors. The first floor contains an open kitchen with an adjoining pantry attached to the dining room, while the second floor is home to the master suite, four additional bedrooms, two additional bathrooms, a full walk-up attic and plenty of natural light, thanks to the Velux Sun Tubes. This home also has radiant floor heat from the basement all the way through to the second floor which keeps the home at an even temperature in the cold winter months. This was a dream come true for this big, happy family.
